Some of my favourite past creations

I mostly forget to photograph my favourite meals but there have been a few that I'm very pleased with:

Red kidney bean burgers with fried halloumi. I really love these, brioche buns are my favorite for burgers and I love the combination of the bean burger and the halloumi.

Chickpea and bean curry with flatbreads. I love making bean or chickpea curries, they are so simple, flavourful and filling. The buttery, warm flatbreads were an added bonus.

Teryaki rice bowl, with whatevers in the cupboards. I added frozen dumplings and an egg. The teryaki sauce was homemade.

I attended a cookery course through the University with @get_cooking_warick_uk (on instagram,) we made vegetable dumplings. I absolutely love dumplings so it was so lovely to learn how to make them from scratch.

I mainly bake to relax and tend to take more photos of the bakes I've made. Here are some below:

A Russian honey cake. I absolutely loved making this and was so pleased with how it ended up looking.

I made these coffee and walnut cinnamon buns last year for my partner as he's never tried cinnamon buns before!

Some celebration cakes I've made:

• Carrot cake for my partner's birthday

• Caramel cake for a family member's birthday

• Orange cake for my nephew's first birthday

• Red velvet cupcakes for my partner's parents' Ruby anniversary

• Lemon cake for my Bumpa's birthday

• 3 of 6 individual Christmas cakes

Some other more random bakes have been some lock down cookies, a lemon drizzle bunt cake, bakewell tarts and a cherry bakewell flavoured cake with my first attempt at feathering icing.
